I know this sounds silly but I want it to look neat and Professional.
Not that it matters to the person who is being ordered to pay but it needs to look good so if things go to court it wont look like a slob did it.
These people being ordered to pay are 2 months late on rent and just got a 2009 Chrysler and have destroyed the house.
They’ve got kids and my mother in law doesn’t want them on the street but needs payment to pay her own mortgage.
