I am not rasist I am just approaching this from a professional point of veiw.

There is a law that preventing someone from joining something because of race is illegal

Now here is my issue.
There are all black schools, all black college funds, and all black clubs. These are things in which people of other races are not allowed. (-Fact) Now the second there is something like that from the white race someone gets either shut down, opened up to other rases, or thrown in jail.

Why is this? If we live in a world where all men are created equal then should we not have freedom to join whatever clubs we desire (provided we have proper resources and they have an opening and besides race we qualify)
This has been bugging me for a long time and I just really need to know the answer to it. Please give me a thorough answer as I need help here.
