How to translate these terms of laws to BM?

GiGi asked:

- Tort
- Unjust enrichment
- Restitution
- Common law (undang2 general/am??)
- Formalities
- Statute of Frauds
- Legally binding (undang2 terikat??)

Are there any padanan in BM for these terms? Need suggestions from professional people in this field. Thanks!
Thanks! Especially to Garumi. I like laws and this sem going to learn laws! I’m asking this because I couldn’t get the exact padanan in BM (even I searched a few dictionaries, common law masih diterjemahkan kepada common law in BM). Thanksss~

    hmm..

Tort = we translate it as Tort also in Malay but if you need the meaning … it actually mean “sesuatu yang memudaratkan”.

Unjust Enrichment = ntah aku pun tak penah dengar … haha

Common Law = Undang-undang Inggeris (commonwealth) becoz our law is based on english law.

Formalities = Rasmi … prosedur rasmi .. something like that la

Statute of Frauds = Statute is the act of parlimen .. undang-undang yang diputuskan Parlimen .. and fraud .. is emm penyataan palsu in law we use the term fraud as fraud in Malay.

    Legally binding = .. terikat dengan undang-undang / tertakluk pada undang-undang
